Settle, Room 9 - Stylish 2 bed Apartment w/parking, 2x en-suite

Leider nicht wieder… Positive: Guter Ort, schöne Zimmer, Parkplatz, genug gross Negative: - Kontakt mit Besitzer war schwierig - defekte Lampe im Schlafzimmer wurde trotz Telefonat mit Besitzer nicht ersetzt. - Heizung war ständig ausgeschalten, obwohl die Aussentemperatur nur 15 Grad war. Wir mussten drei mal dem Besitzer anrufen und ihn bitten die Heizung anzuschalten (am ersten Abend, am zweiten Abend und am dritten Morgen). Beim ersten Telefonat wurde ich bereits angeschnauzt, woher ich seine Nr. hätte, obwohl sie gross an der Tür angeschrieben steht. - ein kleiner Tisch mit 2-4 Stühlen wäre Wünschenswert

Convenient but certainly not luxury Positive: Parking handy. Beds clean and comfy. Tea and coffee. Negative: Not very clean - stained carpets, could do with a good hoover. Felt neglected - weeds in the driveway and debris in the front doorway. Didn’t see a person, all done by coded entry - ok that it worked but not sure what we would have done if there was a problem. Needs a bit more TLC.

It was a comfortable place for the intended stay. Positive: 15-20 min walk to Rail Station. Easy check-in and Check-out. Negative: A table with some chairs would have been a nice addition to have a place to eat. Even foldable ones would have been okay. A bit noisy, we could hear someone from the second floor walking around all night. Carpet needs a bit of cleaning.

Positive: Location and parking Negative: Kitchen was poorly equiped for our needs.

Très bon rapport qualité / prix Positive: L'emplacement était super nous étions à 15 minutes à pied de la gare. Les chambres étaient propres et spacieuses. Les lits confortables. Le quartier résidentiel était agréable également. Negative: Probablement le fait qu'il n'y avait pas de table pour manger si besoin.
