Clean and modern venue with great location and facilities
Positive: The venue was modern and clean. There was good parking at the back of the property and it was easy to get to. There were good tea and coffee facilities, a fridge and a TV with Netflix and a clean and modern en suite bathroom. I definitely recommend. The staff were helpful and responsive by message.
Negative: Not the fault of the venue but the person in the room next to us was very loud late at night.

Frustrating at times but the rooms nice
Positive: Stylish rooms
Negative: I had trouble with the door entry system - this happened twice which was a real inconvenience but the staff did assist although remote. It was a glitch with my door so don’t let it out you off

Clean and beautiful room, lacking a proper kitchen in the apartment
Positive: The location is around a 20 minute walk from Southampton Central station. The room is very nice and clean.
Negative: There was no full kitchen in the apartment which will be a great addition to the room. Additionally, shelves in the shower will be a great addition for easy access to toiletries

Positive: Pleasant stay in nice location.
Negative: I couldn't get in on night one - I believe I was given the wrong entry code for the door - and I'd arrived after the contact hours on Whatsapp (9am-9pm), which meant I was left stranded at midnight. The next day I was given a new code - luckily I went to check in within contact hours so could resolve the same issue, as there was a typo in the ordering of the numbers in the code I was sent. This was rectified with a refund. Otherwise, it was a pretty nice stay.
