Settle, Room 5 - Newly renovated en-suite room w/ parking

Positive: Comfortable bed and room quiet (not at the front!) Negative: Facilities very limited. Certainly not self catering and even tea making was a bit restricted. Nowhere to put a suitcase.

Convenient but certainly not luxury Positive: Parking handy. Beds clean and comfy. Tea and coffee. Negative: Not very clean - stained carpets, could do with a good hoover. Felt neglected - weeds in the driveway and debris in the front doorway. Didn’t see a person, all done by coded entry - ok that it worked but not sure what we would have done if there was a problem. Needs a bit more TLC.

Brilliant location. LOVED the interior design, the place was great value for money. Positive: Loved the location. Just outside town, not far from centre. But also near Shirley which has some great eating places.

Think calling the rooms deluxe is misleading Positive: I liked the ease of checking in. But was a bit miffed when my request for an earli&er check in, was told £15.00 extra, unless I'd booked direct which would have been free. We were booked into room 5. Deluxe king double. Very 🔥 🥵 small fan supplied not sufficient. No bedside light or side table, on one side. Small fridge on the floor. No where to put your toiletries in the bathroom. Small slimline sink. No shelving. I wouldn't class it as deluxe at all.
